Best Cheesesteaks we’ve had in a long time! Other’s food looked and smelled fabulous. Freshly made right in front of us. The owner fella is really personable and hardworking. We found The Cheeze Cart downtown (September), however I believe he moves up to Mountain Village for ski season, so look for him there in winter. Absolutely worth a visit, and we certainly will return!

I live 40 minutes from Philly & this cheesesteak came pretty damn close to the best one I’ve had- all his ingredients are from the east coast- it’s reasonably priced which is so hard to find in Telluride and he’s a solid dude. Incredible quality.

Too many good choices to decide. I ordered a Philly sandwich with onions. Superb! The cheese was melted to perfection, tender steak leaves your mouth wanting more. The bread is grilled soft on the inside and satisfyingly golden on the outside. The gooey cheese ties it all up nicely.

The Cheeze Cart is by far and away the best food cart in Telluride, even competing with the long-loved standalone restaurants that Telluride has to offer. Greg (the owner) is an awesome guy who has a great attitude and is always working with a smile. The atmosphere is always stellar—as in the summer, they are right in the center of scenic Telluride which has views that are hard to ignore. In the winter, he’s nestled right in the center of the Mountain Village Plaza, which is the hub for all things skiing, and the most beautiful place to grab lunch or dinner. My days are always improved tenfold when I get to have lunch at The Cheeze Cart!
